Fine in Near Fine jacket. Signed by Several Players. 4to-over 9¾"-12" tall. Dustwrapper, tall 4to, pp.208. Illustrated. A history of the tours to New Zealand and matches of the British Lions with the All Blacks, from the first whistle in 1888 to the present day. The half title bears the signatures of Colin Meads, Jeremy Guscott and one other ( David Thile? or a similar name ), and there are two loosely inserted " International VIP " Menu`s for a dinner at the Jade Stadium, Christchurch on Saturday 25th June 2005 on behalf of Lions Hospitality. Very slight edge wear to dustwrapper edges in places else a fine copy. ( I have a second identical copy with the same autographs and menu inserts available, please ask if both copies are of interest ). A heavy book weighing c1950g when suitably parcelled, thus exceeding the default weight of 1000g for the postage quotation, and invoking a request for the extra postage at cost at time of order ( or can be supplied on request ) if to be sent overseas or by UK 1st class post.
