I bought this book because the Reliability newsletter recommended it. They said that successful maintenance management starts with answering the ten key questions that introduce this book. Well, the ten key questions weren't there. What was there is the continuing low-level "blah" of people outside the plant spouting fine generalities that we all agree to but nobody will pay for.
