This five-language dictionary is intended to fill this gap by covering the technical terms considered most important, ranging from the theoretical principles underlying microelectronics to the state-of-the-art in device fabrication and application. The dictionary contains a basic table of 8,521 entries with synonyms and abbreviations, plus five indexes.
