This book is great! A friend recommended it for me. I m a new mom, and postpartum was like an expectations vs reality meme. lol. This book is well written, with just enough information. It s not too wordy, and the little comics are a nice touch. I think this would be a great gift for every new mom. All of the information is not relevant for every person, but I think most people can find something that they can relate to. The rest makes you feel like "Thank God I m not going through that. Definitely highly recommend.
