This book has saved my life, literally! That's probably why it's so hard to find it, b/c our FDA wants us to believe that Rx drugs are the only answer. I'm diabetic, asthmatic, & overweight. I've had remarkable results using the the suggested vitamins, minerals, & herbs. So much so that even my doctor no longer tells me to steer clear of them, b/c I often get better results than the Rx meds he offered. Please DO consult your doctor before hand!!! Try to find a doctor that's open mined about alternative treatments. I'm buying this book as a gift for all my family and friends.

This book helped me to select personal treatments
After I read this book, I was able to personally identify and select right treatment in my health situation. Doctors prescribed to me chemical treatments, but praise God, using this book helped me to bypass the side effects that the medical prescriptions would carry out. Also, the book is wonderfully laid out and have a lots of needed information for almost all herbs and supplements that are actual in many cases. I do highly recommend this book to readers.
