How to cheat in Photoshop CS3 is an excelent book. Mr. Caplin's treatise is easy to follow, he leaves little or nothing out. His use of the editting tools is outstanding: for example , using the pen tool, lassoo toll, quick mask and gaussian blur in combination to get a partly feathered and partly hard edged selection is just one of his methods.
