This is a quick read, organized in short vignettes, describing true day to day experiences of librarians. Some are hysterically funny, some are touching, some make me wonder how the librarians cope. Working with the general public can be a challenge, but more so when the customers pay the taxes that pay their salaries. I"m a grateful library user, even more so after reading this.
