I always wanted to know just what jimmy stewart did during the war, and I did. Sounds like he was just a regular guy doing his part for the war effort. It was a good read.

I never knew---
This book was very hard to put down. Mr. Stewart was a true AMERICAN. History of his time in the AIR FORCE showed his love of man and life it' self. A true hero.

Amazing Person
Jimmy's Acting career was only a relatively small part of his life, his wartime career is little known. This book gives a very good insight into his efforts as a bomber pilot in the Eighth Air Force in England.
