A very good general introduction to numerical methods, and excellent for MathCAD users - many MathCAD functions are also shown in scripted programming form, very useful for utilising the programming within MathCAD. Whilst it is based on MathCAD2000, I find it is still relevant for MathCAD15/MathCAD Prime2.0 and an excellent resource. Each chapter has practice problems (with answers) and others to extend your understanding. It also has an extensive bibliography for further reading.
