I received this book 13 days later than expected. The latest date of expected arrival was July 6th. That is my only complaint. I asked for a tracking number, I was told the book was being shipped by DHL. However, the USPS mailman delivered it. I'm not sure what happened. The book is in excellent condition and the CD was unopened. The CD worked without problems. There is NO writing or highlighting in the book. It is brand new. The price was great as well and communication was prompt.
