This book is one I return to each year, as a sales professional. It is full of useful reminders. Keep you mouth shut and listen to words and body language.

Such a good read!
Before I even purchased of the book, I was so attracted to the title, I thought after I read the book, would I be just like another psychic, able to tell the person what's literally on his mind, or even in a day to day situation, people couldn't cheat me anymore because I have read Jo-Ellan's book. But I know I was dead wrong, in this world, there's no magic formula, after all if human behaviours could be easily predictable just like a book, we are nothing more than machines. Nonetheless, the book was drawn from her experience as a jury consultant, written from a frank, candid point of view, she even made it clear at the beginning of the book that some of the ideas presented in the book you may or may not agree, but one thing is clear, after reading this book, you will be prepared to look and analyze people from a completely different angle.
