The demand for the system is to deliver demand driven, integrated, and personalized services through dynamic service creation and orchestration. What we can offer is a multimedia fusion framework with service coordination and orchestration capabilities, not only for services that are built on top of the platform but also for 3rd party services, applications, as well as legacy functions, with a coherent set of analytical functions to fully support automated and scalable decision making capabilities (i.e., through the government of dynamic, situation-aware policies).
