After 12 years cooking and eating GF, I found the ATK cookbooks. They are the best GF baking cookbooks I have ever used. This is the 2nd of the pair and concentrates on whole-grain cooking, although it includes the basic flour blend from the earlier book.
The 2 flour blends are easy to create with easy to source flours and you end up using them all the time. Pie crust, olive & rosemary rustic bread, pound cake, muffins, corn bread, English muffins (the best!), and chocolate chip cookies are my most frequently used recipes.
