This a large 81/2 by 11 workbook for people who have OCD (Obsessive-complusive-disorder). I am one of those people who was diagnosed over 20 years ago with it. I go to therapy and try to implement what's suggested but am always just so on to the next thing (because of the OCD) I'm just always spinning my wheels never making make forward progress. This book is great. It allows me to look at evaluate, look at past events, etc - in a structures manner. Book is layed out in chapters with plenty of writing area. Chapters are set up such that you do not have to follow 1, 2, 3, you can go owhatever is most annoying to you now. I feel this book gives me a chance (at home on my own time) to slow down and help myself).
