Anatomy and physiology are so intimately associated that, philo sophically, they Should be studied together, indeed, to separate them, except for the convenience of teaching, 1s highly illogical. AS Hyrtl3 well observes, Anatomy, unassociated with physiology, is a mindless study and does not deserve the name of a science.
