Jacek Bielczyk , an International Master since 1979 (achieving a GM norm in Berlin, 1990), was the Polish Junior Champion in 1971 and 1972. He represented Poland at the Chess Olympiads as a player in 1980 and 1982 and later served as a coach for various national teams--including Senior, Women's, and Junior teams--at the Olympiads, World, and European Championships.
