Carl Alfred Meier, MD
Dr. Carl Alfred Meier, an internationally prominent psychi-atrist and Jungian analyst, has been referred to by Laurens van der Post as Dr. Carl Gustav Jung's "most distinguished" collaborator. Born in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, in 1905, Dr. Meier completed his M.D. at the University of Zurich in 1929 and afterwards studied medicine at the Sorbonne and the University of Vienna.
