Mr. Cooperman later served as Senior Counsel at two global law firms and taught a course entitled, "The Role of the Modern General Counsel" at Stanford Law and Business Schools.Mr. Cooperman currently serves on the board of directors of Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH), a Fortune 500 company specializing in providing health services for low-income families and individuals, where he chairs the nomination and corporate governance committee.
