Igor Semchenko is Professor at the Department of General Physics, Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, Gomel, Belarus. He is Deputy Director of the State Scientific and Production Association of Optics, Optoelectronics and Laser Technology, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. He is a corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
