Julian Gerstin

Julian Gerstin, PhD, MFA, is a percussionist, composer, and ethnomusicologist. He has toured and recorded with numerous jazz and world music ensembles, including Baba Ken Okulolo and Bomba de Aqu�, and composes for the JG Sextet. He has researched traditional music throughout the Caribbean and taught at Wesleyan University, Clark University, and Marlboro College.
