Martin J. A. Ratcliffe was born to Irish parents but raised in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Oral Roberts University. He and Shirley, his wife of over 44 years, live in Florida where they share their faith through prayer and testimony.
