Prashant Singh is a veteran of Air Force with over two decades of service in frontline combat squadrons and has flown over 2500 hours on various fighter and trainer aircraft. He has been actively engaged in operational and training roles and has held staff positions at different levels in the organization. During his tenure in the National Cadet Corps, he led the training of over 1000 cadets for a sound development of character and a sense of service to the nation. He has been awarded on multiple occasions for his service to the organization and holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development. Post his active years with the Indian Air Force, he has transitioned to the corporate world and has worked with startups and SMEs, sharing his experience and knowledge in the fields of Organizational Development and Strategy; Human Resource Development; Enterprise Resource Planning and Management; Data Analytics; Quality Management & Control; and Risk, Safety & Risk Management. He has a deep interest in applications of future technologies, especially, machine learning and artificial intelligence in the D&A sector.
