His publications on mythology include The Penguin Dictionary of Classical Mythology, A Brief Guide to Greek Mythology, and Mythologica, which was Amazon's Best Children's Non-Fiction Book of 2019. He lives in Oxfordshire with his wife and a spaniel called Hero.
