New chapters cover the many developments which have occurred over the past decade and bring the reader up-to-date with the latest research findings and conclusions. In addition to the many case studies drawn from UK experience, the book also includes supporting data from Greece, Germany and Japan. Written with the lay person in mind as well as the specialist, the use of technical jargon has been avoided wherever possible.
