Jian Li is Associate Professor in the Institute of International and Comparative Education, Faculty of Education, Beijing Normal University, China. She received her Ph.D. degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) from the School of Education, Indiana University Bloomington, the United States of America.
