Many years ago we were promised that computers would give us a virtually paper free world. That promise was not fulfilled. Paperwork, more than ever, is the number one obstacle to living an organized life. Pat Dorf promises big time help and after years of using her filing system, I can say she delivers. It enables me to keep my desk cleared, yet find most anything I need-- pronto. Her secret is a numbered indexing system which is far superior to the traditional alphabetical one. This is a well written how to do it book. I would reccomend it to anyone willing to try a new mousetrap.
