Scam. Bought a very good condition book but what I got could be easily found in a dumpster. After complaining they essentially said: "yeah, we don't care. Here are 10% off now get lost".

When HPB actually delivers the item ordered, they are generally very good at providing accurate conditions for the books. Packaging and shipping are within norms. Now, if they would just deliver the other book I ordered.

The book arrived damaged at all four corners,with the dust jacket torn,in a simple cardboard envelope that was also torn,too large in which the book was shaken about.It's really a cheap packaging just to reduce the cost of postage. A really bad experience
