I ordered a "very good" paperback. As I turned the first page I noticed the binding wasn't great, so it should have been sold as "good". By page 20--the entire book was separate from the binding-in chunks. I reached out and did not receive a response.

The product was mis-labeled as a cd however it was an LP. I requested a return but I never got a return address. I emailed the seller 3 times requesting the return address and only received a response only to the last email saying 60 days had passed
